Otherwise even if you were successful in replacing the head or something it would be motionless. So to change them, you'd need to edit EVERY model in EVERY map instance the same way and believe me there are alot.Īs for the Player, those character models are spliced between more than one garc (head, torso, arms, face etc) so trying to replace them with an NPC would require some modeling experience and the ability to splice the model correctly to rig to the bones for animation when imported. Example is that the NPC models have a separate model for each map area, not just one model. Namely because the process is too complicated for little reward. I'd like to mention though that no one has successfully altered the player models or the NPCs.
